Monterey Station was decorated to the hilt for the Mardi Gras festivities which included:

• Gourmet a la carte dinner buffet featuring traditional and non-traditional Cajun cuisine and decadent desserts (including 500 sugar cookies artfully decorated as Mardi Gras masks by the Council of Catholic Women and friends).
• Silent Auction with many handcrafted items by School of Good Shepherd students and local craftspeople. Also auctioned were collectibles and gift items donated by community members and businesses.
• Live Auction of 4 one day Park Hopper passes to Walt Disney World; a family weekend fun package with items donated by the Creative Discovery Museum in Chattanooga, Tullahoma Lanes and Arezzo?s; a wine making kit; an autographed photo of Tennessee Titan Eddie George; and an adorable puppy with bed, harness, leash - vaccinations and neuter procedure donated by Animal Care, including a $25.00 gift card from "A New Dog in Town".
• Dancing to the lively music of The Respectables. Laissez les bons temps rouler (let the good times roll) and to the music of The Respectables the good times certainly did!
